After months of covering Hillsborough County's dengue outbreak, Tampa Bay 28's Jada Williams followed city leaders from the podium to the places they say are helping drive mosquito control efforts on the ground.The Florida Department of Health says the outbreak has now reached 223 locally-acquired cases in Hillsborough County.
